Bilingual Treatment Coordinator 

Want to join a team who cares about you and really cares about their patients too? We are looking for a treatment coordinator who is kind, loves people, and loves achieving goals! Must be a hard-worker and pay attention to detail.

 

KEY TASKS​

  • Discuss financial options with patients and help them understand payment plans and insurance coverage.

  • Developing and managing individualized treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring follow-up visits.

  • Billing patients for currently balances and making follow up phone calls regarding billing.

  • Explaining treatment plans and options to patients.

  • Coordinating appointments and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Assisting with insurance paperwork and billing inquiries.

  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

  • Working with various software and systems for scheduling and payment processing.

  • Providing education on oral health and treatment options.

Customer Care Specialist 

We are looking for someone with a sunny disposition, who is highly motivated, and loves people. You will be the first face to greet patients when they walk through the door. We are looking for someone with a sense of confidence, professionalism, and who is good at connecting with patients. We are seeking someone who will give every patient a 5-Star experience, and who will treat each patient like a guest. 

Must be detailed, highly organized, and able to multitask.

 

Key Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments and entering appointment date and time into office schedule 

  • Answering the Phone and maintaining 5-Star Monthly Certification through following our phone training program

  • Conducting reminder calls to all patients 

  • Corresponding with patients through text messages and appointment requests

  • Greeting and welcoming patients with a new patient tour around facility

  • Registering patients by verifying that patient’s record is up to date and accurate 

  • Making appropriate changes in computer system and on patient’s chart 

  • Verifying insurance coverage for new patients and planned treatment 

  • Seeking referrals from patients through creating an exceptional experience 

  • Collects payment from patients and reconciles daily cash report

  • Aids in marketing efforts with mailers, contests, and promotions

  • Must be a team player, collaborating with other team members in daily tasks.
